Their health business has doubled in size in 2020, with further year-on-year growth expected over the next 3 years.They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager with healthcare delivery experience to lead various high profile health care projects. Whilst initially working from home, this role shall be based from their Manchester or Warrington offices and shall be required to travel onsite across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Your role shall be to lead an operational team to project manage the capital project delivery.
• As part of your role in managing people, you shall be responsible for the outputs and standards of delivery and/or mentor, coach and develop the skills and capabilities of colleagues in order to achieve project objectives and continuously improve results.
• You will be responsible for ensuring all work and outputs are executed to meet project needs and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or equivalent within a construction related field.
• Relevant professional qualification or chartered status
• Proven Project Management experience within a consulting / construction related field.
• Health and capital delivery experience is key (NEC3 or 4 and P22, if possible)
• Responsible for performance management of multiple projects and project teams / resource and engaging with senior leadership team.
• Proven health delivery experience with senior stakeholders and operationally managing a project team.
• Expertise in the use of digital solutions / products desirable.
• Understanding of data analytics desirable.
• A passion for Improving Quality of Life and particularly related to the Sustainability agenda eg Net Zero Carbon.
