They are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager with extensive sector experience to work on high value complex projects or programmes.
Our client is providing integrated advisory service for the expansion programme of a specialist hospital in London. The project is part of this London trust’s ambitious investment to increase capacity and meet growth in demand for services, you will be responsible for programme, project, cost, risk and medical equipment management. The team will also bring added value by providing pre-construction and buildability advice.

This is a client-facing role, responsible for leading other team members, developing the clients’ strategy, through to assisting in the appointment of the extended professional team of local and international consultants and contractors.

Candidate requirements:
You will have a degree qualification in a relevant discipline and a member of a professional body institute such as RICS, CIOB or APM. You will have experience of leading on major capital programmes of work within the healthcare sector with some experience of developing business. You have experience of contract administration for both JCT and NEC contracts.
