Contingency
Upon registering a vacancy with us, we will provide you with access to our extensive network of candidates. Depending on your preferences, we will seek to gain a better understanding of your needs in person, by videoconference or phone. Following this, we will conduct a thorough search of available candidates that fit the role and provide you with a shortlist of candidates for the role within 48 hours. Subsequently, we will coordinate interviews with candidates and assist you with negotiation and facilitation of onboarding the successful candidate.
Search & Selection
In some instances, contingency recruitment fails to meet the needs of roles that require specific skill sets. These roles are best filled using search and selection methods. Our goal is to seek both active and passive candidates in the required field. We utilise social media, press advertising, networking through existing contacts and headhunting to establish a shortlist of well vetted and qualified candidates for the role.
